Over the past 8 years, I’ve led the design of ClickView’s educational video platform - from research-driven UX improvements to evolving the brand identity. My work brings together strategy and storytelling to create delightful experiences that meets the needs of today’s educators and learners.

The ClickView redesign

It started with one insight: Primary school teachers didn't have time to sift through the internet for the right resource. After establishing user research practices at ClickView, I brought these voices to the centre and helped reimagine the product around them. The redesign didn't just stop at Primary, it became the foundation for the platform we later rolled out to all schools.

Curation for Teachers

After conducting workshops with Teachers, we created a new way to browse videos for the next lesson. Using card sorting and low-fidelity wireframes made by Teachers, those insights shaped the design of Topics and led to a dedicated team and operational flow to support it. Brand Evolution

I led a refresh that aligned our visual identity with the heart of our mission: helping educators and students learn through video. I introduced the product framework - Discover, Engage, Understand - and used it to redesign the website and bringing unity to the way we present, build, and talk about our platform.
